Which of these you see
Several views are gated on what your installation has enabled — ratings, bet sessions, gaming floor and the live stream each depend on their own capability. A view missing from your drawer is normally licensing rather than a fault.
The landing page
The module opens on a summary built from a saved query rather than an empty frame: headline figures, a chart across the period, and ranked panels for the most active players, the busiest tables and TITO redemption.
Toggling the saved queries in the sidebar changes what the summary is built from, which makes it a quick way to compare two definitions of "busy" without leaving the page.
Two kinds of question
Operational. How is the floor doing right now? Gaming Floor and Live Events are built for this, and belong on a screen somebody is watching.
Analytical. What happened, and is it normal? Analytics, Ratings and the Behaviour Report answer this, and the method is the same as everywhere else in eConnect: aggregate, find the outlier, drill in, watch the video.
Everything reaches the video
Ratings, rounds, sessions and tickets all carry timestamps and table references, so they lead to the footage of the play they describe — provided associations between cameras and tables are configured.
That is the difference between a gaming report and an investigation. It is worth checking those associations are right.
Faces and the floor
Where face recognition is in use, players can be linked to subjects, so a rating reaches a person and their history across the property rather than stopping at a player number.
What is recorded
Player appraisals are audited by name and game. Queries, exports and camera viewing are audited as elsewhere. See the Audit Catalog.
