eConnect Alerts Mobile App User Guide

Welcome to eConnect Alerts! This guide will help you get started and make the most of the app's real-time alerting features for your eConnect facial recognition system.

Getting Started

Installation

iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Search for "eConnect Alerts"
  3. Tap "Get" to download and install
  4. Open the app once installation is complete

Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search for "eConnect Alerts"
  3. Tap "Install" to download and install
  4. Open the app once installation is complete

Login & Setup

  1. Login: Enter your eConnect credentials on the login screen
  2. Network Check: If you have trouble logging in, check your network connection or contact your administrator
  3. Permissions: Allow push notifications when prompted to receive real-time alerts

When you tap on any alert:
