Welcome to Events Bridge! Follow these steps to set up access and configure your integration with the eConnect Face Recognition and License Plate Recognition platforms. This guide will help you through the initial setup process before diving into API usage.

Request Access and Configuration

To begin using Events Bridge, contact eConnect Support at support@econnect.tv. Our support team will ensure that Events Bridge is properly configured for the customer locations associated with your partnership. Once configuration is complete, eConnect will provide you with the necessary credentials to access the system.

Receive Your Credentials

Once the system is set up, you will be assigned a unique Username and Password. These credentials will allow you to interact with Events Bridge and begin leveraging its capabilities for enrollment and detection management.
