Installation Guide
This guide will walk you through the installation steps for the eConnect Genetec Security Center Integration. Please ensure you meet the software requirements and have the necessary details before proceeding.
Software Requirements
Before installation, confirm that your system meets the following requirements:

Operating System:
- Windows 10+ 64-bit OS.
- Minimum 16 GB RAM.

Dependencies:
- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime must be installed.

Network Access:
- The Genetec workstation must be able to reach the eConnect server on TCP Port 443.

eConnect Server Details:
- Obtain the DNS name or IP address of the eConnect server.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Obtain the Installer
- Download the eConnect Genetec Security Center MSI from the provided link or contact support.
- Ensure you have administrative privileges on the Genetec workstation.
Step 2: Install the eConnect Integration
- Run the downloaded MSI file.
- Follow the installation prompts:
- Accept the license agreement.
- Choose the installation directory (default recommended).
- Wait for the installation to complete.
