Compatibility Note:
This version supports version 9 clients that utilize JSON APIs exclusively.
Breaking Changes in v10

SOAP:
- SOAP is no longer supported, as it has been deprecated by Microsoft. Legacy support through Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) is also removed.

iTrak Login and Integration:
- Login support should now be handled via LDAP, as both iTrak and eConnect support LDAP.
- iTrak Cases integration is no longer supported. However, eConnect supports iTrak Cloud Facial Recognition as a separate feature.

Behavior Reports:
- Previously saved reports will need to be re-created as they are no longer compatible.
Deployment Changes in v10

MSI Deployments:
- MSI deployments are now the preferred method. Ensure IIS is removed before installation.

Container-Based Deployment:
- Support for container-based deployments is introduced (e.g., Docker on Linux).
- Note: Video-based exports and snapshots will still require a Windows machine.
